Thanks for all the words of encouragement. My wife and I have been busy reading away and are starting to look at vacation rentals too. You are right, once the bug bites you it's hard to stop!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Aqeel Salim and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am a Physical Therapist in Austin TX and recently purchased my first home with my wife. I stumbled across Bigger Pockets while researching real estate investment education online and have been extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge available. I am truly a newb when it comes to real estate investment but am eager to learn. I am interested in land investing as well. Any recommendations on where to start reading and posting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Y'all!
