Post: What Questions Do You Have For Real Estate Experts?

Hi Dave, thanks for putting this new series.  Will certainly check it out.

My interest/question is in the current "Fed Rate increasing" environment, is this best time to refinance if I am finishing first year of a 5 year loan that i took for a multi-family purchase last year?  or should I wait and refinance closer to my maturity date?  I am worried rates could be drastically higher at that time.  Even today, trying to go from a 5-year fixed to a 10-year (30 year AM), rates I am seeing are a full 1% higher than what I got last April but I am willing to take that chance to not risk even higher rates 1-2 year later

Any insight or thought on that would be appreciated.

Hey BiggerPockets community, I have a 53 unit property in NC that's from mid 80s that needs the siding replaced to improve look of the property. What are some of the Do's and Don'ts from those that have done such remodeling and any product recommendations that's on reasonable budget and can last for long time?  Would appreciate any recommendations / suggestions.  Thank you.

Hi BP community,

I check daily typical apps like loopnet; Crexi along with reaching out to many brokers each week but are there other good sites / apps that you use to find deals? Located in southeast area and looking to add to 4 deals I own either in VA; NC; SC or GA.

Hello bigger pockets Community. I currently own three separate multi family properties and I’m looking to syndicate my next purchase with investors but would like to understand the best effective syndication model that has worked for others with investing in 20 to 40 unit properties. Would love to hear some recommendations and thoughts on such a model. Thanks

Nick, Taylor and Paul, thanks for the replies. I am coming up with 1-2 slide update to share with investors on quarterly basis and will include what you had listed. Thanks.

Hello, I recently bought a 24-unit property with 2 other investors (family) for first investor driven purchase.  I promised to provide a quarterly statement on how property is doing.  I wanted to reach out to BP members and see if you would be willing to share a good template or format that's worked well for others that I can use?  Thank you.

Hello, I recently joined BP and was curious if there is a good site; app or blog for off market listed properties? I own an 8 unit property today and wanted to buy 1-2 more that size property. Thanks for any feedback and suggestions.
