Thank you. It is single family and duplexes I am most curious about.

In the most general terms how many offers does a typical investor (any of you for example) make in order to get a single family or duplex property under contract?

We just turned Pro 2 weeks ago and took the 90 day challenge. We made an offer on a duplex on the first property that we did the numbers on. Oooops. They accepted the offer. We close next week.

The numbers look good. —- time will tell if they have any accuracy. I know we am not Pros but are pleased to have joined the Bigger Pockets Pro program.

Hard to believe the first offer was accepted. (Duplex—-fixer upper)

Getting started is fun and exciting.

Please give me a typical ratio of property offers to getting an offer accepted.

Is the ratio about the same for BRRRR compared to flip?
