@Michael Burrows Awesome, thanks - my real estate agent was mentioning that there are certain sections that do allow it. One of the properties I am looking at has a great air bnb space, but that was going to determine if the numbers worked for me.

Has anyone had any luck with Air BnB-ing their property in Chattanooga TN? What occupancy rate could I expect in the Red Bank (north of downtown) area?
