I need help with my first wholesale deal. I feel like the MOA I'm getting is wrong OR maybe my seller is crazy. I'm in Maryland. Any advice? Also, can land increase the value of the property. The house is sitting on more than half an acre.

Hey Kenneth! I'm just starting out and I'm interested in wholesaling. To do a wholesale deal, who needs to be involved when it comes to the transaction? what type of agreements/contracts will need to be signed?
