well i called and they said it means vesta holdings is the owner of the property and the people they rented it to didn;t pay the property tax and that its a public notice warning them!

yea the wording is messing me up but i did some research on vesta holding and there an investment company that buys tax liens so it might be like you said but if anybody else can figure it out please explain it to me thanks!

Im young I've been checking out some tax sale listing and I've found alot that look like this. What I'm trying to understand is if vesta holding is trying to redeem the property or are they delinquint on there taxes. Just trying to figure out whats what and who's who when I go to a tax sale thanks!
