Thanks so much to the BP community!  I have 1 property in West Philly, 2 in South Philly, 1 in Fairmount and 1 in the Poconos.  I am interested in focusing more on the Squirrel Hill area, since it's where my husband and I are raising our family.  I am focusing on this small area (1) to see the value of my primary home increase; (2) to help the neighborhood improve; and (3) because I have a profound understanding of the neighborhood. Thanks much to @Linval T. for the info and to @Account Closed for the warm welcomes!  Looking forward to connecting!
