Sorry for the confusion - LP or renter (section 8) The goal of that arm of the company is to get cash flowing.

I can see how that was a bit of a curve ball - thanks for the reply

Hey everyone, I am new to the site and am getting my bearings with how the whole thing works - I am very impressed so far with the community participation and the connections that have been made. Great site!

About me; I am 25 married with our first baby on the way in august. I grew up in Georgia - attended The University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture. I currently own and operate a Landscape design, build, and maintenance company serving North Fulton. I love snowboarding, guitar, and traveling with my friends and family.

I got interested in realestate/investing in high school after reading several great books - Rich dad poor dad, The millionaire next store etc... (we all know the books) I plan to learn as much as I can and invest down the road. I believe in living debt free and plan to save the capital to make my first big investment move after our house is paid off.

Meanwhile in addition to my ladscape service business I am helping a friend's residential wholesale business called Georgia Residential Partners LLC. My roll their is to network with investors and introduce them to Atlanta Turn-key opportunities.

I would love to talk with any of you and am excited to network on this site.

Thanks for reading

Wanted to gain insight from the community on this topic. I am working with a friend who packages deals to investors wholesale - he buys foreclosure homes in Atlanta cheap, has a sister company renovate, and places a LP tenant (usually section 8) so there is cash flowing. He actually has the #1 google search result for Atlanta lease purchase. on average the homes are 50% LTV

He creates great turn-key deals and the model is not like any other in Atlanta.

My question is... as his sales/marketing manager what are the best ways to reach investors nationally. Do I purchase contact lists, hit craigslist, go to REI meetings, or all of the above?

Thanks

I am a graphic designer by day...

Overnight prints is great quality but expensive.

I use www.digitalroom.com - 1,000 cards, full color both sides for around $40. I have visited the local camber of commerce 4 times and this card has been pulled to present from the fish bowl 3 times due its weight/quality paper.

also, try www.48hourprint.com another great company for custom sized cards.
