HI, I am totally new to this so if ANY ony can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it so much! We have been in the construction business in Az. for 20 plus years, where we continue to live. We have formed a network of licenced contractors that we have worked with over the past , that are all quality sub contractors. Most if not all have done primarily work on custom home's where people demand quality work. We want to provide out of state , or in state investors a service that will go to your properties, take pictures, of the properties inside/out , take measurements of each space, including measurements of cabinets, doors, windows ect. we will send all info , and then set up for bids and work to be completed . soooo...if anyone can give me any insight on how to move forward i would be greatful. Go easy on me Im new to the investment side and how to move this forward. thanks

thank you so much. one more question, since you are an investor any tips on the best approach , when trying to get business. and do you think from your point of view a service like this could be helpful? we dont have the money to invest in our own rehabs but have managed 2 projects for a local gc . We had a blast....hard work, but fun. We just would like to make this our business full time. Thanks again....Lisa
