Hello again,

@Steeve Breton That's exactly what I meant. Due to my profession time is quite limited and I'm trying to look at all the options in Real estate investing. 

Thank you for all the recommendations. @Ian Ippolito I have downloaded the book. I appreciate your time and effort . Once I have a better idea and better questions I'm going to PM.
