Hi All, I am very new to the real

estate investment and looking for some input.

I am planning to move to Texas Dallas and buy multifamily property ( triplex or fourplex). However with the current situation I am not able to find many options available in the suburb area of Dallas. Please note that I am first time home buyer and looking to guidelines.

Question-

1. Is this good time to invest in Texas Dallas? Since all the property price has been doubled.

2. If I am not able to get a decent multifamily house in B level location then should I look for other warmer cities like Atlanta.

Any suggestion is much appreciated..
