Thanks Kenneth for your advice. We are looking for long term investment and not a flip or BRRR.

What can be the other approach? We are looking for single family homes in San Antonio, TX. We are trying to figure out cash options for down payment.

Hi,
We live in San Diego, CA. We recently moved back to our primary residence. We are thinking of doing a HELOC and use the equity to buy another investment. What do you think about this strategy in this current market?

We are looking for HELOC Lenders for the primary residence.

Thank you.

I am a first time investor out of state investor . I am looking for cash flow positive single family homes at San Antonio. My husband bought his first investment property in the year 2020. Since then we haven't bought any property.

I am getting into buying a investment property in San Antonio. My goal is to buy a cash flow positive single family property. With high interest rate and overbidding, its becoming difficult to find a positive cash flow property.

Should I change my strategies? What can be done differently?

 Thanks for your advice.
