The tenants vacated my property and did not pay the last month rent. I have been communicating them and they are giving me the run around. How do I report this to the credit agencies and go about collecting my money?

I have two investment properties in the 01605 zip code area.

I am not sure if Central Massachusetts is the same as weRENTcentralmass but I recently acquired a property that weRENTcentralmass was managing. I was not impressed with the way they manage the property. 

I use Judy Ostertag . She was very helpful. I purchase two triple deckers through her this year. I am looking for a account who specializes in real estate.
