This is generally research that is done before you "co own and co found" a company. Due diligence please. I would take 5 steps back if I were you. Real Estate is something that if you make a mistake in, it will cost you, a lot. You have all the time in the world, be patient and do not dive into something until you are ready.

I just closed on a property at the beginning of October, renovated it, and have people moving in November 1st. Now all the work is done and I'm bored. I have been researching another market for a while now and have found a couple places I am really interested in. What are the chances I can get financing? and if so, how do I go about this. First house was $500k and now im looking at something around 150k.
