Welcome Andrew!  I was exactly in your shoes few months ago.  My focus is Woodbridge, Fredericksburg and Richmond for cashflow properties.  As @Russell Brazil said Fairfax has huge appreciation potential if you were going that route.  

This is a great idea @Todd Krzeminski and @Amy Krz this is exactly what we've been looking for!!  Love that you're taking initiative because it's something we think it would add so much value for new buy and hold investors  in the NOVA area. 

I think email threads and Google hangouts once a month or quarter would be a good start.  Let me know if you need any help!

I've been sneaking around BP for a couple months now and it's incredible how much you can learn. I'm Antonio, 27 year old with background of accounting that's a little obsessed with REI. I love the podcasts and forums and wanted to introduce myself to the awesome community.

My Goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties. I'm currently waiting to close on my first property (townhouse)! It's exciting but understand there's still much to learn. Because of how expensive our area is to buy and hold, I'm currently interested in the Fredericksburg & Richmond area.
