Thanks for feedback! I totally understand the different answers and will try to analyze the best way possible. So far I would say it has been a good investment but I don't really know how big I can scale it or how long it will take.

At the same time, if there's a big investor looking for someone to help manage their portfolio in NYC or Long Island I would be open to jump on board so I can learn as well.

I have 3 condos in Hudson county (New Jersey) for a few years now. Trying to scale the business to a point where I can do it for a living but not really sure the best way. My wife has a strong W-2 but I still need to be able to make some money. Any suggestions/ideas/plans would be appreciated.
