Thank you Sean. I have asked both my bank and my credit union and haven't had much success. I did consider the hard money route but don't want to get stuck especially out the gate.

I will say Sean that I am not necessarily looking for a no money down deal just a lender who will look over the portfolio and give me a loan based on 10 houses instead of 1

Is there anybody who knows how to buy a portfolio of properties with the property itself being the collateral?
