I graduate college in about 3 months and I will be relocating to Miami. Wondering how to get started in real estate and what would be the best route to go for a recent college grad with not much capital to start.

thank you

21 year old trying to enter the real estate industry, was looking into buying a course to prepare for the real estate exam. Have been told a license is not a necessity for success by many but I am unsure on how true that is. Just looking for advice on entering this industry and/or an opinion on the usefulness of a license.
