I always have this issue. I have a great agent now but when she needs to set up with another agent to see a property she sometimes can’t get a response from them. It’s crazy. It’s as if they don’t need the business.

I just buy them in bulk and leave them a few every few months and hope they change it.

Don’t see what the problem is either. At least your tenants pay one way or the other.

Walk away. I have fallen in love with houses and I’m trying to break the habit.
