Hey guys. I was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of a hard money lender in the Glen Cove area. I am looking to purchase the 2-family house at $450k and I have a little over $100 to put down. Any feedback would help, thank you!

The owner refinanced on the home last year and lost his job. The house is valued at $800,000. He is looking to pocket $50,000. I just need to figure out what the best way to get the house into my name is. I have limited income on the books, so I don't think a traditional mortgage will work.

Hello. I am looking to purchase a home in Bayville, NY. The home owner agreed to sell me the house for $600,000 via owner financing. The problem is that he owes $550,000 on his mortgage. How does this work? Any feedback is appreciated; thank you in advance.
