I'm having a bit a hard time finding reliable sources to fund a first build. Can anyone give some input what are the best sources to secure the funding?

Have you had any previous experience working Reis?

I'm looking for a investor oriented real estate agent who would provide distressed property listings or foreclosed properties in Seattle area. My expectation is that one would feed my listenings and broker both buy and sell end of the transaction. I expect we would arrange a business relationship where both us are benefit from it.
