I was wanting to know (if possible) what steps I can take to start a property management company without any prior experience.

I would love to chat with somebody who started there real estate photograph business.

I just look at a townhome with no HOA and the numbers make sense but are you available to refinance after renovations

I'm a newbie and I really want to go to a networking event but I don't have anything to offer but I just want to gain knowledge and understanding about real estate investing in rental properties 

Can I use google lot lines to get a field of how much I can  get that rental property up to current market value
