Anyone doing short term rentals and if so how are you making out?

Found potential deal but can't find the owner or any living relative everyone I could find attached to the property is deceased and all the property they owned are abandoned. Don't know weather to move on or is it worth looking into. I'm new to this

How does homestead exemptions work? From what I gather only your primary residents can qualify but I'm not sure on how or why to apply or if I even qualif... I'm new to real estate btw 👌

When should I open up a business account right after I've acquired my EIN number or after I formally formed my business and registered with the state? All I have as of right now is my EIN.
