We live in one unit and rent the other 2.

Hey everyone!

Anthony here, my wife Chynna, and I are relatively new to real estate investing, but we’ve already taken our first steps by acquiring two multifamily properties—a triplex (where we currently live) and a duplex. We’re focused on building wealth for our family and creating financial independence through real estate. Our strategy is to find properties in the Germantown, Logan and Olney areas of Philadelphia that need renovation, with the goal of holding and renting them out long-term.

We’re currently looking to connect with experienced contractors who can help us accurately price out repairs and renovation costs for potential properties. Having the right numbers will help us move confidently on future acquisitions and grow our portfolio. If anyone has recommendations for reliable contractors working in the Logan and Olney areas, we’d love to hear them!

We’re also open to any advice or guidance from seasoned investors who have experience in this space. Whether it’s insight into the local market, tips for managing renovations, or just sharing your journey, we’d be grateful for any support.
