Check with a local Fifth 3rd bank. They gave me a loan on a rental I financed with them for 38k.

Hi! I am closing on my first investment property, a small SFH on a good deal from an estate sale. The property is missing a garage. Is it worth installing a garage or carport? Also, there appears to be space enough on the property to put in a 2-3 car garage. I am interested in an putting in an efficiency above the garage for additional rental income. Would it be worth the investment to add the efficiency? Thanks! Anthony W.
