I am, but for some reason I see the potential as this property comes with grants and is a historic building with permits allowing for multi-units. ROI on this property if done right could be great

looking to invest on a property in OH, that has permits for mutli units and is also eligible for grants. its possible this property can pay for its own rehab and it can have great ROI if done the right way. Any advice would help !

buying land in San Bernardino, CA the land is for commercial use only I believe. I have an idea to build office buildings using old cargo containers. Im a little worried about plans and permits when it comes to basically building it. Any advice would help, also looking for a realestate agent who can assist me. my situation is funny ill have the capital and the credit but I don't have income so I would also need to see how I can get the property without income

looking for anyone who can assist me with buying the property ... I have the down payment ready for the land. it's about 99k for the land... maybe I can get them to give it up for lower? the location is perfect for office buildings.. I was looking at building container offices on this site. would need help with planning and permits. someone with experience would be great !!!!!
