I keep them out of it. Trim the fat and you’ll be more lean. Drop the weight and you’ll be in better shape. Rid the negativity and you’ll be in a more positive position.

I’m originally from Florida but did not know this. We are looking to purchase a condo in the Boca area to live in if we can get back there. That said, if we are unable to, we would still like to purchase and rent out. What are your thoughts?
