Purchase price: $6,000
Cash invested: $6,855

Fixer Upper I purchased and doing renovations to begin rental process

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The great price

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Online. The pic's online said (I'm decent). But when I put eyes on the site it was horrible. Made an offer in hopes us demolishing it, 0ffer was accepted, but when inside and it was sound and remodel-able.
