@Bob Okenwa Thank you for that advice! I would love to go to some meet-ups or networking events. Are there any you can suggest?
I am just getting started with rental property investing. I am new to real estate in general but with some help, I’ve structured a business plan for the model I would like to follow. Currenty, I am in law school currently (it’s not cheap), so I am concerned about my debt to income ratio. Part of my strategy for growing my rental portfolio involves having them financed and paying the mortgage back with the rental income. Essentially, repeating the process until I make a some what desirable income and build enough equity/capital to pursue bigger deals. Are there any lenders or investors that would be willing to mentor me, possibly work with me, or connect me with the right people?

Hello everyone! I’m Anthony, currently I’m pursuing my J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. I became interested in real estate investing by way of my Property Law professor. He had a knack for getting into these long lectures about how he invested in property throughout his career and the type of life it has afforded him. I am new to the world of real estate so I’m looking to network, learn, and start investing in rental properties relatively soon. Please feel free to reach out to me!

Hello I’m Anthony, I am trying to get started in real estate investing. Currently I’m pursuing my J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. I became extremely interested in property investing, specifically rental properties, because of my Property Law professor. With that said I am new to the real estate industry. I was able to create a business plan with my initial research. At this point I’m looking to network, learn, and hopefully purchase my first rental property. Please feel free to reach out to me!
