Hey. I'm looking to get to know a few GCs that work in the Smithfield - Selma area (Johnston County.) would like to learn how you estimate rehab costs and line up some work. Would love to connect.

Newbie here - 0 deals. Analysis Paralysis, I guess. How do I know if the details are correct? Help, please.

Anyone investing in this area that has a house available for 4 College students? One being my son. Yeah, I'd like to house hack, but I'm new and have 0 doors. Perhaps I could learn a thing or two from you as well.
