I am new to BiggerPockets and investing and I am at the beginning stages. I’ve watched many videos and read tons of books but still is unsure where to start. I think my main issue with starting is the marketing aspect. I don’t know what to do so I don’t want to waste any money. I also came across courses and things like that to help out but the kind of money they are asking I don’t have that to spend right now. I really wish I knew someone that was already doing real estate investing that way I can watch and learn from them.
