Hey BP fam, I'm a newbie to apartment syndication and I'm looking for a syndicator in the Houston area to learn more about syndicating apartment deals. I've been analyzing properties in the surrounding areas I even created an investor package to show I have some basic knowledge. I can add value to you for your time invested with me I'm willing to do all the leg work with a little bit of guidance.
