Hey Tyler! Thanks for replying! If you don’t mind stating, how did you come about finding your deal and determining if it was a good deal or not? I figure that I’m at the point where I just need to get right into investing just to see what it’s like (biggest obstacle in my opinion).

Hey Brian! Thanks for the reply! Right now I’m crashing at the parents house to save money! I’ve heard that buying a duplex is the best way to get involved. How do you determine if my market is trending up? Deals are dried up? Not sure how to recognize if something is a deal or not.

Hey guys! I just want to get you all’s input on where to go from here. I’m a young guy who is a big saver and I want to get into real estate but know to sure where to go. I’m able to save money every month for a down payment but not sure if that’s the best route to get into the game. I’ve heard of other ideas of getting the money needed for a down payment. Any help here? Also, any good books I should be reading to increase my knowledge of real estate?

I recently graduated college and got a job as a teacher. I still live with parents and I'm paying student loans and paying off my car. In my first year, I was able to save $10k. Trying to buy a rental property. Any ways to generate money for a down payment? Don't have much credit :(
