Hi My name is Anthony Reyna I'm residing both in garden city kansas and wichita kansas. Me and my wife are real time beginners and want to start our journey in REI. What do we need jn order to be prepared and ready to take on our first REI project? Do we need good credit? Approval of loans? Insurance?
