Hi,

I was going for a fix and flip a single family and it turned into a buy and hold. I started with hard money and am refinancing. This is my first property and was able to get it rented, but the lender is saying I need to have the property managed by a professional property management company to get approved for a loan. 

Anyone know a good property management company in Cincinnati?
