Im looking to take properties and turn them over to hedge funds. As far as I understand these hedge funds that buy SFH work with realtors, Im looking to try and find the specific buyers agents that they use and get in contact with them so I can try and sell my properties to the hedge fund.

I am wholesaling properties and looking to pick up some hedge funds in the near future to help with dispo on the east coast of Florida. As far as i'm aware majority of investors pick up these hedge funds by going through the buyer agent and finding the buyers agent on propstream or batchleads. My question is, is there another way to find these buyers agents without utilizing propstream?
