Hi Lenders, currently in the market for a cash flow management tool to help organize payoffs and broker commissions to get a better understanding of how many more loans I can fund on a given month. Any suggestions is appreciated

@Bryant Brislin hey Bryant, I am actually going to be visiting JT in March. Happen to be staying at an Airbnb. I have flipped a few homes on the east coast and have been lending for a few years now but don’t have much experience in new builds. I have read through a few threads about building in JT. You definitely seem to know your stuff. Would love to connect if you are willing to shed some light on the matter. Anything is greatly appreciated.
