Looking for someone who has already closed wholesale deals willing to discuss the process in detail and answer questions about affidavit and memorandum contracts and how to fill them out.

@Jonathan Lilly what is a sfh purchase I'm trying to learn as much as I can about real estate and shorter time is possible so that I can try to just dive into the real estate game before everything goes really kind of haywire so I'm just trying to figure all this stuff out as best I can

So me and my family are currently trying to do one of three things at the moment currently we're trying to move out of the current location that we're in but we want to do that in a manner to where we kind of fall into a real estate investment so has anybody else here heard of like the sub to process and is it possible to use a sub too to fall into a multi-family property so that you can house hack as well as find a better place to live I guess I used to try to do the whole I am a real estate investor blah blah blah conversation but now I'm just going to talk from the root of my problems in the reality that I'm looking at this so if anyone is out there that could actually help me I'm in the Tacoma Washington area I'm looking for a mentor partner just a friend that's already doing the real estate stuff that can give me pointers and maybe go to lunch from time to time and talk over different strategies

@Jeremy James I live here in the Tacoma area I have a couple of properties that I'm looking into trying to get under contract to do wholesale deals on very hopeful to get started soon in the real estate game I noticed that you are from Tacoma and I'm just looking for people to knock ideas around with socialized make friends as well as get some good insight on what I might be doing wrong and how I can do it better

Okay so I have a motivated seller that has a property I believe it is in a RV park but they have a airstream claws on it you have to have had an airstream for about 6 months or so and I can't seem to understand how to get around this topic in order to get the property under contract

@Glen Wright hello my name is Anthony Phillips I am in the Tacoma area I am a super rookie to the game and from your post I can tell that you have already made major steps in your career towards your real estate investment and I was trying to learn from someone or get some pointers from another person on how to go about getting started in wholesaling I've located a few properties but I'm having a very difficult time contacting owners and landing a contract so I would love to learn from you on how to go about getting closer to the finalization process
