Hey @Mike Cumbie thanks for the insight. That's pretty interesting, and makes sense.

Hey everybody!

I see a lot more hand written bandit signs rather than ine that are printed out. What do you prefer to do?

Is it because blank signs are cheaper?

Do they get a better response?

Are they better for some demographics?

I'm just starting out and I'm going to make some bandit signs. Just wondering what everyone's experience/opinions are on hand written vs printed.

Thanks in advance

Cheers,

Anthony Orlando

@Mark Nolan thank you for the warm welcome! I've been listening to those and reading the blogs. Also upgraded the membership to watch all archived webinars.

Help hello hello, bigger pockets community!

My name is Anthony Orlando. I'm from Seattle (currently in dallas).

I don't have any experience in REI yet, but I look forward to jumping in with both feet. Currently I'm in the payments business. We help small and medium sized businesses accept credit/debit/checks in a more secure, and cost effective manner.

My goals with REI at first are to wholesale and get my feet wet and get some experience, and then eventually get a couple doors in my portfolio by the end of 2017. Pretty interested in the BRRR avenue.

I came across bigger pockets from listening to a mobile home park podcast. One of their guests brought it up while listing ways to follow up with them. I'm VERY excited to be apart of this community!

I LEARN BEST FROM EXPERIENCE! With that being said. Do you need help taking out the trash? How about cleaning your bathroom?

What ever I can do to help someone set up bandit signs, answer sales calls make sales calls, sweep floors, minor repairs/labor. what ever I can do to bring you value and help I will. I just want experience, to learn from people, and build relationships.

Hope that everyone that reads this has a great day!!
