I'm looking for someone with a Lexis Nexis account who can skip trace a list of 8000 leads for me and provide me with cell phone numbers for these leads. I can pay around 25 cents to 30 cents per lead and would like to have 200-300 leads processed per day. Does anyone know of a service or individual who would fit this criteria?

Hi Michael, 

I'm am newbie from pittsburgh, I have a list of 300 absentee owners with high equity, I need to get out to get things started.  Do you reccomend using post cards or yellow letters for these?
