As the title says i'm new to the investors world and don't hold any assets currently.  I am working on that.  But i do see files every week that consists on sfr, mfr, land, reo's, npns.  The list is nation wide.  Now I currently try to connected investors to their next asset(s) in hopes of closing a major deal so i can start putting skin in the game and start building my asset portfolio as well.

I am from a little town in Idaho and now live in the county of the states capital.  My cousin back east introduced me into real estate investing and now we are trying to build a family business in this field.

If anyone locally would lilke to connect and help me help them I would be willing to connect and show you what i get from the sellers i deal with.

Post: How much do you need to retire?

I never calculated how much i need to retire- i just figure i'll keep working until my sons has a big enough nest egg since he wants to help the world and animals i'll never actually retire-  plus with my goals i need like 5mm + in residual to be able to settle down on my work. but i guess even then i'll still push to see others keep to where i'm at. so i don't think i'll ever truelly retire-

I've also been working on creating my own business - paying for my sister to become a notary public,  a friend to be my marketer and business partner  with my limited income , which forces me to starve in order to improve my situation-

also i looked up squater laws as a friend's coworker told me to and told me of a guy that did that. i do not milk the system just trying to transfer thoughts to words and i'm not that educated and suck at grammar.- also there's a fee for being late- it happens- not everyone can put money aside they don't have-  and when one is on a set income looking for work and most places in idaho require 3x the income to move in, makes it very difficult to find a place to live- and i've been looking into and running alternate scenarios to figure out the best solution for my situation. If i 'milked'

the system why and a ' professional tenant'(?) why would i ask for advice?

thats the kicker is that i had every intention to pay rent and after court on thursday i had the money available to do so-  i was never givin an eviction notice or anything i merely stood my grounds since he and someone else was going thru my things and i was still legally allowed to live there-

Last thursday my landlord attempted to unlawfully evict me and had another person help him remove my things from my lock room- ( i rent a room and am under contract/ lease for the room)  He never gave me an eviction notice in writing and rent was late due to my disability check being late but he never incquired about when or if i was going to be able to pay rent. Rent was technically due on the 5th and my finances were available on the 7th due to my banks regulations when depositing checks (24 hrs).  On the the 7th (thursday) i came home from court to find my landlord and another person removing my belongings from my room which I locked before leaving for court.

When i stood my ground on my rights as a tenant and put myself infront of my belongings it then became a physical altercation which has resulting in him being incarcerated and cherged with aggrivated assualt.

My question as I live in idaho-  Should i just go homeless and continue looking for work and a new place or just put the utillity bill in my name until i have the money saved up to relocate- or - put my name on the utility account for the unit and wait for the bank to possibly foreclose on the unit and request they buy me out...  If it wasn't winter i would just wing it and move- o an yes the landlord knows my situation and knows i get a monthly check and there has been previous times this year where my check was late due to mail issues and he never had a problem-
