Hello! I was not currently to thinking about hacking the unit. I was looking at property’s that were ranging from 2-4 units that I can manage with the help of family! I am looking in the 200 to 250 range. I am very new to this world of real estate and any info is helping me tremendously!

Hello BP community, I am a 19 year old just starting out looking for my first multi-family unit in the upstate New York Area! I was recommend to this website by the book I am reading by one of the founders of BP. Just looking for some advice on how to start my real estate adventure!
