How's it going everyone? I'm still in the research phase, hoping to build the confidence to start marketing and maybe getting an LLC. Anyone else in the area? Any advise on investor friendly attorneys or any other helpful info? It'll be much appreciated. Nice to meet you guys, hopefully we'll do business in the future!

I'll be operating in the central PA area. I'm still gathering information on the process but plan on starting my marketing aspect within the next month or so, once I feel comfortable and knowledgeable enough. Nice to meet you all!

Hey all, I'm in the process of learning the do's and don'ts of wholesaling. I was curious about your guys' thoughts about filing an LLC; whether it's recommended to file right off the bat or after getting a few deals completed. Any other helpful tips would be incredibly appreciated! If you're in the same area as I am, let me know! Thanks everyone.
