I'm having the same problem. I have 775 credit scope and over 1mm in equity and got denied on my investment property. I'm going to keep at it till I find a bank or credit union that will unleash that money so I can put it to work. Seriously frustrating though. Anyone have any Ideas?

Hi there PB community. I recently bought Pace Morby's book Wealth without Cash. I just saw a video on YT and he stated there were companion videos to complement each chapter at biggerpockets.com/wealthoutcash. I've been unable to find them. could someone tell me how to navigate to these videos?

Thanks in advance.

@Chuck Kramer My man, it all comes down to judgement. Judgement in how you structure your policies.

No matter what we are all exposed to some level of risk. How well you run your business will determine your level of risk

As of now we are housing one couple that don't want to go home. We cut them a major deal. We also have another couple that wants to "shelter" for two weeks. We are going to be cutting them a bellow market deal as well. During this time of need for both parties low prices are the name of the game.

@Loren clive,

Hey Loren, I feel your pain, I certainly am not happy with my vacancies. At this point he kinda has do what he has to do. It's spreading here due to visitors.  Best thing is probably just rip the band aid off, cut off everything, suspend all travel here and unnecessary services for a few weeks a month, who knows? If a federal package happens and we all get 1K (per month would be nice) Fallow Canada's lead, no mortgages, no utilities, no bills and sit home with loved ones and catch up on our Netflix, maybe we can buy a little time while we wait for a vaccine. We still don't know the extent of this thing and the repercussions may last multiple months, a year or greater. This is a bitter pill to swallow. In the scenario of cutting out a lil flesh to stop gangrene in my finger vs. cutting off my finger, to my hand to my arm...I'll take a lil off the finger now please.  All that said we are about 8,000 cases and 100 deaths although sad this numbers hardly make a blip on the radar screen, for now.
