Quote from @Samuel Diouf:

You can invest anywhere as long as you have a boots on the ground core 4 team in place. The core 4 consists of a realtor, contractor, property manager, and a lender. Once you have this team in place, you should have the foundation to invest in any market confidently while not being there physically.

Thanks, Samuel. In the process of assembling.

Quote from @Nader Shariff:

Well, as I say for any out of state investing, make sure you have a proper team in place before buying a property out of state. To me, the right team is one that is going to tell you things you do not want to hear, the pros, the cons, the ins and outs of the market you are about to get into. They are also going to be honest and transparent in the process, even if that means putting you off to the marketplace as a whole. You could also always find a turnkey provider, that could help from A-Z with the process. That would save you the efforts of having to build a team.

Hi everyone. Pleasure to be here. Such a positive and helpful place already and I just joined recently. As the title suggests, I am an out of state investor looking to purchase in the Omaha area. I live in Orange County, CA but I have extended family there and like the opportunities that exist in that area. Any input is always appreciated. Look forward to learning from everyone. Thanks!
