Well, as I say for any out of state investing, make sure you have a proper team in place before buying a property out of state. To me, the right team is one that is going to tell you things you do not want to hear, the pros, the cons, the ins and outs of the market you are about to get into. They are also going to be honest and transparent in the process, even if that means putting you off to the marketplace as a whole. You could also always find a turnkey provider, that could help from A-Z with the process. That would save you the efforts of having to build a team.
