Hey Courtney, welcome to the Nashville Market. What a few of my successful investors have done to get started BRRRRing was complete a couple of flips to gain capital and leverage those profits into other properties. As far as lending, hard money lending is a great option for first-time investors. The lenders I work closely with lend on the project in question and typically only require 5-10% down of the purchase price and cover the repairs and closing.
