Multi families are a difficult find but definitely not impossible! 

Newer to the business, really trying to expand my network. I’m in the Portland metropolitan area. I’m wholesaling at the moment and looking to connect with investors, particularly cash buyers!

I’ve found a few but a lot of folks are a bit shiesty and aren’t into sharing Knowledge. As a former pro basketball player, I know that teamwork makes the dream work! Looking for those people who believe in that!
