Is there any out there? I want to help good standing tenants build their credit.

When my portfolio grows to 100+ units I do not imagine I will have time to manually calculate each potential deal. I agree you should have a good understanding of the math.

Depending on real estate calculators? What are your views on this?

Thank you for that. Are you based out of Dayton?

New to investing looking to connect with like minded individuals looking to further their education in real estate. I learned from academia that group studies are quite effective. Let's concentrate on rental properties and possibly do a deal together soon.

Quote from @Hunter Gibson:

Hi everybody, I am a UD graduate and am looking to expand my portfolio in Dayton Ohio. I am looking to network with individuals and find deals with creative finance. If you would like to learn too. I would be happy to talk to anybody as well in the area!

In the Dayton area as well. New to investing. I have been educating myself heavily though. My first financing option would be obtaining a private loan.
