Hello Houston Real Estate Investors!

I've been looking on meetup.com and haven't found live meetups in Houston where local investors can network and talk to each other. The only meetups I've seen have been the online ones where even if 30 people are present, it is only a 1-way interaction from host/speaker to attendees.

I know I'm not the only one who is interested in an in-person Houston meetup. I understand almost all meetups now are online due to covid concerns. To address those concerns while also being able to meet in-person, the meetup will be outdoors, attendees will wear masks, and we will be 6 feet apart.

My aim for this meetup is for there to be a loose structure, where local real estate investors can meet and share stories, goals, actions, and experiences related to real estate.

Where: Hermann Park at the base of the Pioneer Memorial Obelisk (huge pointy monument) near the reflecting pool. (Once we've gathered, we can find find a comfortable place to sit nearby)

When: Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 10 AM

Real estate investors of all experience levels are welcome!

Low attendance for this event scheduled without much notice (just me), but having read some blog posts and books from BP, I knew the importance of having multiple exit strategies! It was a beautiful morning at the park to read the Book on Rental Property Investing near some ducks.

Next time I'll set it up more in advance, and hopefully we get a decent number of attendees!
