Where is the property located? If you sell what will you do with the money?

I would definitely keep it and rent it out. And sell it in the next 3 years if any regrets.

I am looking to understand where is the refinance of a jumbo loan today (rate wise) for a SFH.

And looking for a great mortgage broker for a long term relationship with him for a RE adventure.
